I am Jason Roberts Dip SIMM (Diploma of Sports Science and Injury Management), personal fitness trainer and director of WELL FIT.

Unlike many classes that are provided by others, I take you through a screening form before doing ANY exercises so that you are training within the group at a pace and exercise routine level where you will be able to make the greatest gains in whatever your fitness desires are safely and comfortably.

I ensure my clients are given all the attention they want and need. My main sorce of advertising is this AMAZING directory and 'word of mouth', so your success is as much my goal as yours.

Most gymnasiums have little equipment (if any at all) to accommodate those with disabilities. I am aware of how equipment can be adapted in the gym as well as the home and can train people in both. With my personal experience, I know I can help you to attain better wellness and fitness.

When I give them attainable goals, which in time they attain - thats when the positive change kicks in leading to their success.

Success stories range from helping the elderly to be able to be more agile i.e. use their hands more effectively so as to be able to knit, carry shopping etc, helping people recover from injuries or to reach their personal goals - running marathons, race for life, overcoming depression providing them with the fit body they were after.

Circuit training has been a great success. I have trained the Falmouth under tens football team, worked with youth centers and performed muscular strength and endurance classes for a variety of ages.

Primary Services Explained:

I discovered that by working on your physical health, you in turn unconsciously work on your mental health. I have had clients with a range of health problems with amazing results.

I have coached individuals that wish to improve their running time and distance they can run. Together we have been able to knock minutes off of their time. Others have had injuries, which they have needed to work around whilst still keeping in training.

Being overweight has proven to be very dangerous for some. Imagine being overweight and attaining a knee injury - when a client came to me with this problem a programme was designed that eventually enabled them to walk with little discomfort and they are happy with their weight loss. Those who are not so mobile, can gain weight too, together we can shift it.

I have personal experience in this that has inspired me to be a fitness specialist. It is easy to become apathetic and allow your disabilities to take over your life - DONT! Call me. I have had excellent results with helping individuals work with or/and overcome their problems like stroke recovery, tremors or simply not being able to carry the shopping home.

Sport specific training often involves strength, co ordination, endurance and cardiovascular training to name a few. It is important not to loose flexibility, speed or other aspects needed within the sport. I create programmes that ensure you can attain your goals.

As well as working one to one I enjoy group training. Everyone enjoys themselves whilst working at their speed and attaining goals they set for themselves.
